Agents of SHIELD, Making a Perfect Landing into the Supernatural Territory

The premier of the Agents of SHIELD Season 4 couldn’t have been any better. Not only did it debut the on-screen version of Robbie Reyes’ Ghost Rider, but it also officially opened the entire MCU to the world beyond science, aliens, and tech – the supernatural territory. We’re a month away from the official introduction of the trippy world of Dr. Strange, but Agents of SHIELD seem to be warming us up to the nature of Dr. Strange, his powers, and his entire world. What better way to do that than to have Ghost Rider lead the introduction and eventually tie the season’s entire plot to the supernatural element unleashed by MCU’s debut of Dr. Strange.

The first episode for the fourth season of Agents of SHIELD is the best yet in the series. Ghost Rider’s appearance really set a new tone for the show, and far, it worked like wonders. Little has been known who the big bad this season will be. One thing is for sure though, whoever it is, it’s going to be as trippy and as out-of-this-world as Ghost Rider.
